1. Definitions

• “Website” means https://skinboost.store and any sub‑domains.
• “Skinboost”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Skinboost OÜ (Reg. No. 16720587), Vesivärava tn 50‑301, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia.
• “User” or “you” means any natural person who accesses the Website or purchases Skins.
• “Skins” means digital in‑game cosmetic items for Counter‑Strike 2 (CS2) delivered via the Steam® trading system.
• “Steam Account” means a valid user account on the Steam platform operated by Valve Corporation.
• “Trade URL” means the Steam trade‑offer URL you provide for delivery of Skins.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website, creating an account (via Steam Login or e‑mail/password), or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

3. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
2. You must hold an active Steam Account in good standing.
3. You may purchase Skins only for personal, non‑commercial use. Selling Skins or other digital items through the Website is not permitted.

4. Account Registration & Security

1. Steam Login: If you sign in via Valve’s OpenID, we receive your Steam ID, avatar, and nickname but never your Steam credentials.
2. Local Account: Alternatively, you may register with an e‑mail address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.
4. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

5. Product Information

1. All Skins listed are digital items with no real‑world monetary value and no gameplay advantage.
2. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Wear, float, or pattern IDs can vary; check the listing details.
3. Valve Corporation is not affiliated with or responsible for the Website. “Steam” and “Counter‑Strike” are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

6. Ordering Process

1. Add the desired Skin to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Log in or create an account and provide a valid Trade URL.
3. Review order summary, choose payment method (Visa or Mastercard), and confirm purchase.
4. You will receive an on‑screen confirmation and an order e‑mail.

7. Prices & Payment

1. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
2. Payments are processed securely by our PCI DSS‑compliant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
3. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

8. Delivery

1. After successful payment we will send a trade offer to your Trade URL within 30 minutes, subject to Steam network status.
2. The order is fulfilled when you accept the trade offer and the Skin appears in your Steam inventory.
3. If the trade offer expires or is declined, please contact info@skinboost.store within 48 hours for assistance.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

1. Under EU consumer law, you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital content unless delivery has begun with your prior express consent.
2. By clicking “Pay Now” you expressly agree that delivery may start immediately and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery commences unless:
   • the delivered Skin differs materially from the listing; or
   • no Skin is delivered within 24 hours of payment.
3. In such cases you may request a replacement or refund by e‑mailing info@skinboost.store within 14 days of purchase.

10. Refunds

1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
2. We are not responsible for delays caused by card networks or banks.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Website.
• Attempt to reverse‑engineer or interfere with our systems.
• Engage in fraud, money‑laundering, chargeback abuse, or any illegal activity.
• Upload malicious code or content infringing third‑party rights.

12. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Website—text, graphics, logos, software, data compilations—belongs to Skinboost or its licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws.
2. You may not reproduce, modify, or exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. Skins are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding availability of the Steam network or Valve’s actions.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement).

14. Limitation of Liability

1. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Subject to 14.1, Skinboost shall not be liable for:
   • any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss;
   • loss of profits, revenue, or data;
   • failures attributable to the Steam platform or third‑party services;
   • any amount exceeding the total price paid for the relevant order.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skinboost, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Website. On termination, any pending transactions may be cancelled and balances refunded at our discretion.

17. Amendments

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in law or our business practices. We will notify you at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
2. Consumers in the EU may bring claims in their country of residence.
3. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not commit to using ADR entities but will consider reasonable requests.
4. For any dispute, you agree to contact us first at info@skinboost.store and attempt to resolve informally.
