A collector spent half a million dollars on AK-47 and knife skins in CS:GO, making it the second-largest deal in the shooter’s history.

ZipeL acted as a middleman in the sale of skins owned by the collector Luksusbums. The deal included a “StatTrak AK-47 | Fire Serpent” with four Titan Esports holographic stickers from the EMS One Katowice 2014 tournament, as well as a “Cerberus” karambit knife. Both items have rare patterns – 661 for the rifle and 387 for the knife. The identity of the new owner of the skins is unknown.

ZipeL called this deal the second largest in history. The largest is considered to be an exchange between Chinese collectors that took place in 2021. At that time, “StatTrak AK-47 | Fire Serpent” skins and souvenir “AWP | Dragon Lore” skins, each with four Titan Esports holographic stickers, were sold for $770,000.

Wow, the world of skin trading in CS:GO is truly fascinating. It’s amazing to see the kind of money that can be exchanged for rare and valuable items. I wonder what the new owner of the skins plans to do with them – perhaps they are a collector themselves, or maybe they plan to use them in-game

As someone who is not familiar with the CS:GO skin trading scene, I find this story both intriguing and bewildering. It’s amazing to think that virtual items can have such high value and that people are willing to pay such exorbitant amounts for them

I can’t believe that CS:GO skins can be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars! It really puts into perspective how much value people place on these virtual items.
