Return & Refund Policy

1. Purpose & Scope
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains when and how you can obtain a replacement or refund for digital in‑game cosmetic items (“Skins”) purchased from skinboost.store (the “Website”) and delivered via the Steam® trading system. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions between you and Skinboost OÜ (“Skinboost”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
- Under Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in Estonia and your EU country), you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance.
- Exception for Digital Content: This right does not apply once delivery of digital content (the Skin) has begun after you:
- gave explicit consent to start delivery immediately; and
- acknowledged you would lose the withdrawal right once delivery began (Art. 16 (m) of the Directive).
- On the Website, you provide such consent and acknowledgement by clicking “Pay Now” at checkout.
3. Voluntary Return Guarantee
In addition to statutory rights, Skinboost offers a 14‑day voluntary return guarantee where you may request a replacement or refund only if:
- (a) Incorrect Item: the delivered Skin differs materially from the listing (e.g. wrong weapon, exterior, or special pattern); or
- (b) Non‑Delivery: no trade offer is delivered to your valid Trade URL within 24 hours of successful payment.
No other reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong float value within listed range, price fluctuations, gifting errors) are covered by this guarantee.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Deadline: E‑mail info@skinboost.store within 14 calendar days of the order date. Late requests will be declined.
- Required Information:
- Order ID and purchase date
- Steam ID and Trade URL
- Description of the issue (incorrect item / non‑delivery)
- Supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of Steam inventory or trade history)
- Our Response: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 7 business days.
5. Resolution Options

Wrong Skin delivered and still in your Steam inventory | We send a trade offer to reclaim the wrong Skin and deliver the correct one. |
Wrong Skin delivered but already traded away | Refund of the purchase price (minus any currency‑conversion fees) after manual review. |
No Skin delivered | Immediate delivery of the purchased Skin or full refund, at your choice. |
6. Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment card used at checkout.
- Depending on card networks and your bank, funds may take 3‑10 business days to appear.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control (bank holidays, network outages, etc.).
7. Fraud & Chargebacks
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct reasonable costs if we detect fraud, abuse of chargeback mechanisms, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
- Unauthorised chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to payment‑fraud databases.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will give at least 14 days’ notice via the Website or e‑mail before changes take effect. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the latest revision.
